Negative: We were disappointed with our stay. The location was not satisfactory, as there are two restaurants on the ground floor and cooking smells constantly entered the apartment. The apartment itself is in need of renovation. There was a strong smell of cigarette smoke throughout the property. The blinds and windows are very old, and the overall condition of the apartment feels outdated and poorly maintained. Unfortunately, the apartment did not meet our expectations, and we do not feel it offers good value for the price.

Practical in great location for good price. Positive: Location, big apartment, comfy feeling. Negative: The apartment would need a deep clean of the rugs, sofa and I would suggest to either not have extra cushions or also them deep clean more often. But I must say that for the rest the apartment was clean.

Positive: Propre, lumineux, lit confortable Negative: Aucun moyen d’atténuer la chaleur : il faudrait vraiment un ou plusieurs ventilateurs
