Geschmackvolle Loftwohnung in ruhiger Lage
Positive: Ruhig, sehr hochwertige geschmackvolle Ausstattung
Negative: 5. Stock ohne Aufzug = sportliche Herausforderung
Sehr neu, daher noch ein paar Ergänzungen wünschenswert: Verschattungsmöglichkeit Schlafzimmer (Rollos), Thermoschutz Dachflächenfenster im Sommer.
